OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

GRAND PRIZE - $60,000 VEHICLE
2nd PRIZE - $10,000 in CASH
3rd PRIZE - $5,000 in CASH

1. Eligibility: Contest is open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age and older.  Employees of VtexCity and its Management team, vendors, suppliers and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses regardless of where they live) and individuals living in the households of the above, whether related or not, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. To Enter: You must fill out a Contest Registration form.  You must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident.  You must be willing to accept telephone calls and free quotes from different Sponsors of your choice. You must at least try one free product or select any of the services provided by the different Sponsors listed on the VtexFREE page to enter into the drawing. 
3. To Qualify: You just need to fill out and complete the form(s). (Refusal to accept free and no obligation quotes will automatically be removed from the drawing). One entry is entered into the contest drawing for every product, service or insurance quote that you try for FREE.  You have a better chance to win if you have accepted more quotes, services or samples from the different advertisers). TRY MORE FREE PRODUCTS = MORE CHANCES OF WINNING!!!!
4. Who Wins: There will be a drawing for EVERY 50,000 ENTRIES in the USA. Taxes, title fees, transportation and other incidental expenses will be the responsibility of the WINNER.  Delivery of the vehicle will take 8 weeks. We  will  inform  you  by email and  by  phone  if  you  are  the WINNER.  If you don’t respond within 72 hours, another winner will be drawn.
5. Illegal Act: If there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic tampering with any portion of the Contest, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest, the Judges reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and or void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify, or suspend the Contest, or to terminate the Contest and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all eligible non-suspect transactions and write-in entries received as of the termination date.  As a condition of entering the Contest, the registrant agrees that:  a) under no circumstances will the registrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and registrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; b) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and c) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event, Attorney’s fees.  Sponsor reserves the right to modify prize award procedures.
